Relax, Recharge, Rebalance – A weekend with a difference!
A weekend for those who want to treat themselves to something extra and take care of both body and soul. With the beautiful west coast environment as a backdrop, we combine gentle and invigorating yoga sessions, relaxation in the spa and the evenings are rounded off with good food, where you can enjoy both a seafood buffet and a luxurious three-course dinner.

Price from 4390 SEK per person in a standard double room for the whole weekend with lots included (supplements will be added for any sea view, balcony, extra bed).

09.30 – 10.30 Yoga session 1
Hatha Flow – Recharge – We start with a gentle warm-up to awaken the body, and then move on to combine movement, strength, balance and breathing together. Through deliberate transitions, we create a flowing workout that energizes and brings presence.
10.45 – 11.30 – Yoga session 2
Yoga & Trigger Point Massage – Recharge – An energizing session where we combine yoga with trigger point massage to release tension and increase circulation. Using balls, we stimulate both trigger points and the lymphatic system, releasing tension and boosting the body. A session filled with endorphins.
11.45 – 12.45 – Yoga session 3
Facial Yoga & Kundalini inspired – Relax & Rebalance – We start with facial yoga to release tension around the temples, jawline and forehead, creating a sense of lightness and relaxation. With regular practice, facial yoga can give a natural glow and contribute to a softer and more relaxed facial expression. We then move into a kundalini inspired yoga practice, combining both dynamic and still movements to balance the body.
12.45 – 15.00 Lunch and free time
15.00 – 16.30 – Yoga session 4
Yin-Yoga & Meditation – Relax – A calm and restorative session where we help the body to become more flexible and mobile through slow, deep positions. By stretching the connective tissue and letting the muscles relax, we create space for deep relaxation. We finish with a meditation to land after all the yoga sessions of the day.

19.30 Dinner

Aroma-soma Yoga – A unique session where we practice blindfolded yoga and let the scents guide us into deeper presence. When the sight rests, the other senses are strengthened, and we get to experience a quiet, relaxed and uplifting moment for both body and soul.

About the instructor
Catharina Peterson is trained in yoga, meditation, leadership and personal development, and is also a registered nurse.
She meets people with warmth, presence and cordiality – and has an ability to create security and contact in depth.
