10.30 – 11.15 Freepower® with Sandra – EVENTHALLEN
A class for Heat, Yang and Power. Let explosiveness and power meet softness and tranquility in a format where the mix is the charm. With large, straight and outward movements, Freepower is both liberating and energizing for both body and mind – a really cool class!
10.30 – 11.15 Circle training with Ellen – OUTDOOR
Here, exercises focusing on strength as well as fitness are combined in a way that gives you great opportunity to set the bar for your workout – very high or adapted to your conditions.
11:30 – 12:15 Mobility with Ellen – EVENTHALL
The key between strength and flexibility is breathing and mobility. This class uses yoga-inspired short flows. We move to music and find our own speed throughout the class. Mobility is for everyone, whether you just need to get your body going or you are already an experienced practitioner and want to improve your mobility.
11.30 – 12.15 Stair training with Sandra – OUTDOOR
Playful outdoor class where we use stairs and level differences to challenge both strength balance and fitness. Easy to adjust the intensity to your preferences, suitable for all participants.
12.15 – 13.15 Lunch – RESTAURANT
13.15 – 14.00 Breathing workshop with Ellen – EVENTHALL
Learn more about our important breath! Breathing has the potential to improve your health and well-being. Learn how we breathe the smartest and how we can use breathing to regulate emotions, stress and mood.
14.15 – 14.45 Afro with Sandra – EVENTHALLEN
African dance to drums and rhythms. Unleash your inner power in this sweaty dance class with big, simple and animal-like movements.
14.15 – 14.45 Running training with Ellen – UTOMHUS
Learn how to run with good technique to get optimal, effective and energy-efficient running. You get to try different exercises and tips on how you can possibly improve your running style. Perfect for both those who want to start running and for those who want to improve their running.
15.00 – 16.00 Pilates with Sandra -EVENTHALLEN
Helps to build strength throughout the body, with an emphasis on our core muscles. The workout is based on strength training together with stretching and concentration. Get down to business while strengthening your whole body!
15.00 – 16.00 Endurance + Stretch with Ellen – UTOMHUS
Running along the fantastic coastline towards Grebbestad. We stop at regular intervals and perform various strength exercises. Perfect way to look around and make running a little more fun than just running. Total running distance about 4 km. The session and training day ends with a short stretch.

07.30 – 08.30 Yin Yoga with Ellen – EVENTHALL
A class where you can unwind and land in the present. A real boost for both body and mind. Yin yoga is a passive form of yoga where we hold positions for a longer time, usually 3-5 minutes. Yin yoga fills you with fresh, new energy and calms your mind.
07.45 – 08.30 Powerwalk with Sandra – OUTDOORS
We start the day with fresh air and a brisk walk.
08.00 – 09.30 Delicious hotel breakfast buffet – RESTAURANT
09.30 – 10.15 Mental strength training with Sandra – EVENTHALL
Take part in a workshop on how to train your mental strength.
10.30 – 11.15 Core with Ellen – EVENTHALL
We strengthen the core of the body, the important stomach and back muscles.
10.30 – 11.15 Forza with Sandra L – OUTDOOR
Fun and challenging session in Japanese swordsmanship. Focus on precision, core stability and upper body strength. Unleash the samurai in you!
11.30 – 12.30 Yoga with Ellen – EVENTHALLEN
A nice end to the weekend. Strength, mobility and balance and not least to stop in the present, feel the presence and work with awareness. Finishes with relaxation.
11.30 – 12.30 Bootcamp + Stretch with Sandra – UTOMHUS
Looking for a challenge to end your training day? Here you get to work through the whole body in different blocks with the body weight as a load. You decide how intensely you work and can get really tough if you wish! The session and your training weekend ends with a stretch.
12.40 – 13.00 Closing for the weekend! – EVENT HALL

During the weekend, the theme is Relax, Recharge, Rebalance. We reduce stress levels in the body and calm the nervous system and replenish our energy. We will do this with different forms of yoga and by trying out different meditation techniques. There will be time to take walks by the sea, go to SPA Horizon, have good conversations and get your own quality time.
