A weekend dedicated to seaweed
Tångakademi Norra Bohuslän is Sparbanken Tanum’s investment in the environment, knowledge and the local tourism industry. The aim is to increase knowledge about seaweed – a climate-smart, healthy and exciting raw material – and at the same time give local restaurants and companies the chance to stand out – transform Bohuslän gastronomy and put Tanum municipality on the map.

Saturday, April 12 – Taste of the Sea
On Saturday, we will serve a specially composed three-course menu with seaweed in the Latitud 58° restaurant from 18:00. Discover the flavorful possibilities of seaweed and try something new.

Sunday invites you to a seaweed party for everyone with activities for both adults and children at The square in Grebbestad at 10-16. Here you will find a exciting market where you can taste, learn and experience everything about the ocean’s superhero – seaweed!
