Activities & things to do
Here you can read about all the fun activities and experiences, both on our site and in the surrounding area. Everything from training, art and boat trips to lots of exciting excursions in the local area. There is something for everyone.
Workout by the sea
Active relaxation by the sea.
Every morning from 9.00 to 9.45 between June 27 and August 3.
Free for hotels and cottage guests. Others 80 SEK – swish or vipps.
Gather at KidsZone Skagerrak. Arrive in good time as the location of the pass may vary depending on the weather.
Training can include stationary training, yoga, water aerobics or gym sessions.

KIDSZONE SKAGERRACK
Bouncy castle, table tennis, slackline & soccer sarg – full speed for all ages!
Admission: 60 SEK (Swish/Vipps). Staffed, but minors need an adult. All play is at your own risk.
Rules: No shoes, no food or drink – be considerate.
Open: June 27-August 3 every day from 09.00-21.00.
Miniature golf rental in the White House – when closed – contact the reception.

Archipelago tours with Selin charter
Experience the world’s most beautiful archipelago with the boat Saltskär.
Departure from the tour boat pier on TanumStrand next to the sea sauna.
A tour of the Fjällbacka archipelago, named the most beautiful archipelago in the world.
Please note that route changes may occur depending on weather and wind conditions.

Tennis Lessons with Carl Tennis Academy
Tennis lessons for all ages and all levels. The coaches have long experience in the tennis world and good training to teach tennis in the best way.
Both group and private lessons are available.

Guided kayaking tour or canoeing course with the company Ut i det fri.
Guided kayaking tour
No prior knowledge is required and you can borrow all the equipment you need. All you need is lots of good humor and that you have clothes for paddling, a water bottle and if you want something good to eat. Our guide will take you on a tour of the beautiful archipelago. You will get close to nature and glide through crystal clear water. Perfect for those who love nature and good experiences.
Kayak course
A 4-hour course where you get to try kayaking. The courses focus on quality and safety so that you will feel safe when you go to sea on your own after the course. We are a maximum of 8 participants per instructor. The course gives a Wet Card from the Norwegian Paddling Association and is suitable for everyone. The course corresponds to white level in the Swedish Paddle Pass path.

Wingfoil is a fast-growing water sport where you surf above the surface of the water using a foil board and a handheld sail (wing). The combination of board, wing and foil gives a unique feeling of freedom and soaring speed – almost like flying over the water. Our courses are suitable for all levels – from beginners to those who want to perfect their technique. Experienced instructors, small group, maximum fun.
Unlike traditional windsurfing or kitesurfing, wingfoil is more compact, requires less equipment and works even in lighter winds. This makes the sport accessible to more people – whether you are a beginner or used to other board sports.
With the right technique and a few hours of practice, it’s entirely possible to get up and foiling quickly. The Wingfoil is suitable for the sea, lakes and calmer coastal environments, making it the perfect choice for those looking for a versatile and adrenaline-filled adventure on the water.

Other fun activities to do in the area
We have several fun activities on site, for both young and old.
Take advantage of the proximity to the sea and nature.
Crabbing and fishing, mini golf, beach volleyball, tennis, parkour course, large grass areas for kubb, fireball, soccer, work out on your own in our gym, training platform on the mountain, obstacle course, rent a bike or SUP.
Excursions in the local area
We are happy to give you tips!
Our hottest tips are Tjurpannan nature reserve north of Grebbestad, Vitlycke museum and the rock carvings in Tanum, Kosterhavet National Park on the Koster Islands outside Strömstad and of course the super cozy fishing towns of Grebbestad and Fjällbacka to stroll around in.
