The SPA team will welcome you and guide you through your choice of rituals. Book the ritual at the entrance or before arrival to secure a place with your guide. The SPA ritual is booked as a supplement at spa entrance. Can be performed by 2- 8 people at the same time. If you are a larger group, the ritual can be started simultaneously at different stations. Time required 20-25 minutes for each station. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water during the time.

Can be performed by 2 people at the same time. Doctor fish are the Garra rufa, a cyprinid fish that nibbles away the skin on your feet without teeth. The cuticles are polished and the dead skin cells disappear. Blood circulation is increased in the legs and feet and a pleasant ‘tingling’ sensation is experienced during the treatment. It is also effective on people with psoriasis or eczema, as the fish have an enzyme in their mouths that positively affects these conditions. We use over 100 fish in each aquarium.

With our joint mask, you can reduce fine lines, wrinkles and discolorations, or overcome dry skin, acne and inflammation. In this treatment, waves of infrared light penetrate deep into the skin layer, where the infrared light helps cells to renew, improve and reproduce. The red light stimulates the production of collagen and elastin to tighten and reduce signs of ageing. Face station by mirrors and sinks Women: A nutritious face mask with firming and smoothing properties. Perfect for those who have fine lines and feel a loss of skin elasticity. The mask is packed with active ingredients, including moisturizing collagen, ginkgo biloba (important in Chinese medicine) and antioxidants C and vitamin E. Men: A two-part mask for men. If you have a beard, place it on the chest instead of the chin. Nominated in the Swedish Beauty Awards as Men’s Product of the Year. The mask is fully loaded with active ingredients that are refreshing and moisturizing. Contains moisturizing allantion, astringent witch hazel and antioxidant-rich turmeric, nioacinamide, vitamin C and E. After regular use, it gives a fresher appearance. Fresh masculine scent of sandalwood.

Foot bath with exfoliation and scrub, which you perform on your own and finish with a foot massage cream. Take care of your spa buddy and pamper their feet. After cleansing with bath salts and water, dry your feet and massage in ice gel, which tightens the calves and lower legs and has a cooling effect that feels pleasant after the warm water.

Performed as a combination with dry sauna. Start the ritual in the sauna, when your body is properly warmed up, then go to the ice-washing station and wash yourself and help your SPA companion with washing your back and neck. Take it easy and wash in circular motions with the ice under your palm. Then return to the warmth of the sauna. Relax and unwind. Can be repeated on 2-3 occasions with advantage. This treatment increases blood circulation in the skin and gives a feeling of well-being.

Kese, bowl of hot water, dalit soap and wash bag are used during the ritual. Hamam simply means heat spreader. On our hot hobs, you and your friend can perform an amazing hamam ritual on each other. With the help of the foam through the wash bag and the dalit soap that smells of flowers, you start the ritual. The purpose besides spreading warmth in the body is to increase circulation, relieve stiffness and provide a total relaxation. There will be a purifying scrub with keze through slow smooth strokes and then a silky soap foam treatment as the foam will lie like a blanket over you. Your body enters a meditation phase and your senses are heightened. When done right, a hammam has a purifying effect on both body and soul. You want to share this experience and that is why we give you the opportunity to perform it on your friend, lover or daughter, after guidance at Spa Horizon. Full body treatment enriched with sea salt crystals and the scent of wood and cashmere (our signature body salt). Your spa friend scrubs you using dry scrub, body salt scrub and moisturizing lotion on your back, and you continue on your own on your stomach, décolletage, arms and legs. For the dry scrub, use any strength of scrub glove depending on whether your skin is a little more sensitive or not. This ritual is suitable as a conclusion before you can choose to relax in our drier department. Dead skin cells disappear and you help the skin to start its cell renewal. Aufguss means “pouring on” and is done in a group in a sea sauna by a spa hostess. The ritual is meant to re-energize and have a cleansing effect. During the ritual, essential oils are poured onto hot sauna leaves, creating heat and steam. The aroma spreads in the sauna. Enjoy this experience for all your senses.
