Welcome to celebrate 2025 with us at the waterfront with a little bit of everything!

For the benefit of our common friends the environment and pets, we have chosen not to have fireworks this year. Together with your guests, our staff and the artists of the evening, we count down and toast the new year.

New Year’s menu 2024

Appetizers:

TanumStrand’s lobster salad served with pork belly, pistachio and pine nuts, raisins and parmesan dressing

Hot dish 1:

Sweetened turbot fillet with pickled mushrooms, a variety of beans, broccoli cream and a mussel broth on black smoked pork belly topped with fresh crown dill

Hot dish 2:

Fillet of beef with roasted corn cream, pepper-dressed endive, salted rowan berries, fondant potatoes and beef gravy flavored with truffles

Dessert:

White chocolate mousse with apple compote, salted caramel cream, chocolate cake and apple caviar
