Father’s Day:

Book yourself on our website and write in “Special requests” FATHER’S DAY, and you can take advantage of the offer.
At least one person books and pays and then FAR comes along for the ride.

Babysim:
Mondays at 10.30 in the 34 degree pool.
Drop in – 200 SEK payable at reception on arrival – arrive a little before for a change of clothes.
Water aerobics:
Mondays at 18.30 – 19.15
Drop in – 150 SEK payable at reception on arrival – arrive a little before for a change of clothes.
Sea sauna ritual:
Every Friday starting Nov 1 at 19.00
- Included for all with SPA entrance and/or sea sauna entrance
- Meet at the sea sauna – Drop in – until further notice
Aufguss literally means pouring water (often with essential oils) onto the hot stones of the sauna heater.
It creates intense steam and a sudden heat wave that is evenly distributed in the room by instructor) using towel techniques.It’s both a physical and a sensory experience – aimed at increasing circulation, cleansing the body and providing mental relaxation.
Yoga class :
Every Saturday starting Nov 1 at 09.00
- 50 minute session
- 200 SEK – Drop in – until further notice
- To be paid at the reception upon arrival
- Meet up about 10 minutes before the start to be directed to the venue, which may be different from time to time.
