Find peace with Yoga
Yoga means the union of body, mind and spirit. Choose between yin yoga or power yoga flow or a regular yoga session with sun salutation, warrior and triangle e.g. together with your colleagues. Yin yoga is a calm session where participants stay in one position (asana) for about 5 minutes to relax before changing to the next position, power yoga is a more strenuous session where you get warm and challenge the body in positions that require a little more strength. Everyone can participate regardless of previous experience, thanks to our experienced instructors. All classes end with breathing exercises or shavasana (the resting position of deathly stillness).
If the weather is with us, the session can be done outdoors on our mountain plateau on the mountain with a wonderful sea view.
Training session
With experienced instructors, you will carry out a training session where everyone can participate regardless of previous training experience.
The intensity of the training session is decided by the group. We can provide everything from more demanding crossfit sessions to easier gym sessions.
You raise the pulse and energy. Can be done outdoors in the area around the hotel.

Take a nice and refreshing dip in the sea all year round and then sit in our sea sauna.
You can buy admission at the hotel reception, children are also welcome here.
The sauna on the dock, offers wonderful contrasts between hot and cold – all year round!
The sea sauna is included for those who have purchased admission to SPA Horisont.
