An exclusive course in real bakery crafts
This course is for the small group who want to experience a creative day of sustainable craft in a bakery. You will learn how to use the wet baking method to ferment all purpose flour.
With inspiring learning and guidance, the ambitions of learning to bake a real sourdough bread become a reality.
The bread is baked with local and organically grown grains that are cold-fermented in a fermentation basket. You make your own bread dough, which is then used to bake bread that you can enjoy at lunch.
All participants take their dough with them in the yeast basket to be able to bake the bread at home the next day.
A two-course lunch will be served after the course.
