Here you can see some of our meeting activities we can offer in our wide range for your meeting, kick-off, team building or event. Having fun, learning and experiencing together will make your meeting dynamic and fulfilling, and remembered for years to come.
Special diet policy
There are four reasons why we at TanumStrand SPA & Resort have a developed and clear special diet policy.
- We want to be able to provide all guests with a wonderful dining experience with high food quality - whether you have special dietary needs or not.
- We want to avoid harming anyone by serving food to guests who cannot tolerate it.
- Sustainability. We want to reduce food waste through structured work, which can be an increased risk factor in special diets.
- We want to provide a high level of service and offer guests the opportunity to choose what they want, but requests beyond a certain basic level come with a price.
Definition of a special diet
- Any food changed/adjusted in relation to the food served
- Our booking conditions state what applies to special food, in short, we are happy to say YES to everything, but that special food requests beyond a displayed basic level cost extra. As a guest/customer, you choose what level of service regarding special food you want for your conference or group booking.
Special diet basic level - included
- 100% plant-based (vegan)
- Lacto, ovo-vegetarian ( vegetarian)
- Medical special diets (food allergies) such as gluten, milk, etc. 14 according to EU standards - see below
- Cultural special diet (food choices based on religion/culture such as pork
- Pregnancy diet
Special diet - extra
The following special diets are charged at +25% of the menu price
- Allergies beyond the 14 EU standard allergens
- Personal preferences and lifestyle diets such as ex. LCHF, GI, Keto and more
- Medical and cultural diets (not fish and meat) are normally replaced by vegan diets.
- Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate airborne allergies. We do not mind if guests with very specific dietary requirements that cannot be met by us bring their own food to the restaurant. The menu price remains as the serving fee.
