Climate change is one of the biggest issues of our time. The Nordic Swan Ecolabel is one of many tools that help to reduce climate impact. We do this, among other things, by setting high requirements for energy consumption and by stimulating increased use of renewable raw materials.

Please help us to reduce our environmental impact. Here are some examples of what you can do.
– Leave recyclable packaging and deposits in your room and we will sort them for you.
– Use your towel for an extra day.
– We usually do not clean your accommodation until departure if it is not needed, to save on the climate and staff backs.
– Let us know if you want us to clean your room if you’re staying several nights and we’ll do it.
– Turn off lights, turn off electronics and unplug chargers.
– Avoid wasting food and drink by, for example, not taking more than you can handle and walking twice.
– Travel by public transport or borrow one of our bikes.

The Nordic Swan Ecolabel takes into account the environmental impact of the product from raw material to waste, i.e. throughout the product’s life cycle. The Nordic Ecolabel sets strict quality and functional requirements. The product must have at least the same properties as other equivalent products. To ensure that a Nordic Swan Ecolabeled product is always among the best from an environmental point of view, the requirements for the Nordic Swan Ecolabel are gradually raised
