With us, you can feel safe.
Here you can read tips, recommendations and rules for you as a guest with the aim of contributing to a safe stay for both you and other guests at the destination. You can also read about our safety measures and procedures. We carefully follow the guidelines given by the Swedish authorities and want you to feel safe before, during and after your stay with us.Fire safety
- Do not charge your phone, tablet, camera or computer unattended, for example overnight while you sleep. Unattended chargers pose a high fire risk as chargers can catch fire. Charge your devices during the day or hand your device in to us at reception and we will keep a watchful eye over it while you sleep soundly.
- Electric cars may only be charged in our electric car stations, and never in a regular wall socket as this poses a great fire hazard.
- It is forbidden to have candles in the room. If you want to celebrate something or cozy up to it, ask for the possibility to borrow one of our electric candles at the reception.
- Smoking is prohibited everywhere except in designated smoking areas, and cigarette butts are disposed of in designated ashtrays.
- 98% of all our candles are fireproof rechargeable electric candles, to avoid unattended open flames.
- The destination is equipped with extinguishing equipment in the form of foam, carbon dioxide and powder extinguishers and water hoses.
- We have fire drills four times a year with all staff to always have updated knowledge and procedures for rescue work in the event of a fire alarm.
- In the event of a fire alarm, the reception acts as the hub of the rescue operation, and all our departments have well-developed procedures for evacuating premises. Always evacuate when you hear a fire alarm. Remain calm, take responsibility for helping staff and other guests to evacuate the buildings as calmly and methodically as possible. The assembly points are marked outside the hotel.
