Summer Jobs 2026 – For 14-20 year olds

Do you want a fun, social and educational summer job by the sea?
We are now looking for committed young people to join our team in summer 2026!

With us, you’ll work in a great holiday atmosphere, meet people from all over the Nordic region and create memories for life!

We are looking for staff for:

• Familjebadet Stora Blå – hosts, supervision and service
• Activity leaders – play, sport, children and family activities
• Spa Horisont: Shop, store, bar – customer service, checkout and sales
• Café workers – customer service, cashier and sales, preparation of simple food

More roles may be added during the season.

Who are you?

• You are 14-20 years old
• You are cheerful, responsible and like working with people
• You like to cooperate and contribute to a good atmosphere
• You want to give guests a great experience
• You speak Swedish and English. Norwegian is a plus.
• No previous experience required – we teach you on the spot!
• You need your own accommodation close by.
