Summer at TanumStrand.

The main duties of the caretaker include the operation and maintenance of hotels, cottages, swimming pools and public areas inside and outside. You should also have previous experience of similar work. You should be self-motivated and take initiative, and have an eye for seeing tasks that need to be done. You are service-minded and understand that it is just as important to meet guests with a smile and a helping hand as it is to maintain the facility. It is meritorious if you have some type of craftsman training such as carpentry or have attended construction programs at high school.

As a harbor master, you keep an extra eye on everything that happens in the harbor. You receive visiting boats and offer service that makes everyone feel welcome to TanumStrand. Since you are the face of the harbor for those who come by boat, we are looking for you who are service-oriented and have a positive way that is contagious. You should have previous experience of boats and similar work.

Requirements are that you are over 18 years old and a driving license is desirable.

Working hours are varied, as the hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is important that you can work at a fast pace.

You should be able to communicate in English, Swedish and/or Norwegian.
