Summer at TanumStrand.

The main duties of the caretaker include the operation and maintenance of hotels, cottages, swimming pools and public areas inside and outside. You should also have previous experience of similar work. You should be self-motivated and take initiative, and have an eye for seeing tasks that need to be done. You are service-minded and understand that it is just as important to greet guests with a smile and a helping hand as it is to maintain the facilities. It is an advantage if you have some type of craftsman training such as carpentry or have attended construction programs at high school.

Requirements are that you are over 18 years old and a driving license is desirable.

Working hours are varied, as the hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is important that you can work at a fast pace.

You should be able to communicate in English, Swedish and/or Norwegian.
