Who are we looking for?

A SOUS CHEF with a great knowledge for food, a passionate drive and with good leadership skills.

You need to have at least 8 years of documented experience in ALC, buffet, and banquet. Experience in a hotel restaurant is an advantage.

You should be able to communicate in both Swedish and English. Good English is a requirement as large parts of our kitchen team are English-speaking.

As it is a SOUSCHEF position, some administrative tasks are included. You should therefore be familiar with the Microsoft office package, have good computer skills and be easy to learn computer systems, and attend some meetings.

You should be able to lead a kitchen team and be a stand-in for the Chef.

The position involves day and evening shift work, and both weekdays and weekends.

We apply a 6-month probationary period, and follow collective agreements.
