As a member of the operations and janitorial team, you need to have good planning skills and be able to work independently. You’re a master at tackling routine maintenance and can prioritize correctly. You are the one who is there when something happens – a problem solver and key person for the hotel to deliver the expected service to its guests.

The position involves very varied tasks in property maintenance and you are required to have broad craft experience.

We are looking for you who have property management training, other craft training, or long equivalent experience. As a person, you are responsible and have a “hands on” attitude with the ability to initiate, drive and execute.

It is also very important that you are a person who thinks positively, is sociable and works well with others. You are passionate about providing the best service and your talent for guest service is great. The pace of work is periodically high, and being able to prioritize correctly and quickly with a positive attitude is therefore of the utmost importance.

You should be self-motivated and take initiative, and have an eye for seeing tasks that need to be done. You are service-minded and understand that it is just as important to meet guests with a smile and a helping hand as it is to maintain the facility.

Requirements are that you are over 20 years old and have a driving license

Working hours are varied as the hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is important that you can work at a fast pace and be on call

You should be able to communicate in English, Swedish and/or Norwegian.
