The nature around TanumStrand is magificent. There are trails departing directly from the hotel, and just a few minutes away by car await breathtaking nature reserves like Tjurpannan and Veddö.

There are also many opportunities to take guided walking tours. A popular one is the “Seaweed Safari”, organized by Catxalot, a company that harvests seaweed from the ocean outside Grebbestad and sells it to top restaurants across Sweden. In Fjällbacka, on almost every Saturday year-round, you can take a guided tour of an authentic fishing community. More information on these tours is available at the hotel reception.
